To qualify for 'member' rates, delegates must be a member of one of the three organizing Societies.

Non residential fees include lunches and refreshments for the duration of the conference and the Conference Dinner on 6 January 2011. Please note that non residential fees do NOT include accommodation and delegates are advised to make their own arrangements.
